You schedule a pickup

Fill out the form on our contact page or create a business account. Tell us roughly what equipment you have and when works. Business clients can schedule recurring pickups through the portal.

We arrive and inventory assets

A GTR technician arrives at your location with our AI-assisted scanning system. Assets are photographed, serial numbers are captured, and drives are documented before anything leaves your site. You sign off on the inventory before collection.

Secure transport to our facility

Assets travel in a locked vehicle. Chain of custody is maintained with timestamps from the moment of pickup through facility receipt. Business clients receive chain of custody documentation showing every handoff.

Data sanitization

Drives are processed using NightShift AI proprietary software where supported. The PASS result is photographed and logged. Drives that fail sanitization are flagged for physical destruction and documented separately.

Responsible recycling

Working equipment may be refurbished for resale. Non-reusable equipment is routed to qualified downstream recycling partners for material recovery and responsible processing.

Documentation delivered

Business clients receive five documentation files in their portal after job completion. Includes Certificate of Data Destruction, Chain of Custody, Asset Manifest, Environmental Certificate, and Recycling Verification Report. Intake photos and drive PASS photos are included as verification evidence for cross-reference.
